To access CCSO services like CTFd, you'll need to log in through our Single Sign-On (SSO) system, which is managed via our Discord server. Follow these steps to create and use your CCSO account:
Open your web browser and go to the CCSO Discord invite link: https://discord.gg/NhN5RpBXkm.
If you don’t have a Discord account, you’ll need to create one. Follow the instructions to sign up. Once logged in to Discord, join the CCSO server using the invite link.
In the CCSO Discord server, navigate to the #new-users channel.
Click on the "Get Started" button. This will prompt you to enter your email address.
Check your email for a verification code. Note: If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam or junk folder.
Go into the #general channel in Discord and use the command /verify {code}
where {code}
is the verification code you received via email.
After entering the verification code, your CCSO account will be created.
In any Discord channel, run /sso-sync
. You'll receive an email with a code to log in. Click "Initialize" to finalize your account creation.
You can now use this account to log in to CCSO services, including CTFd.
Note: When logging in to services, use "Login with Discord".
For CTFd or any other CCSO service, use your PSU email address to log in.
Navigate to the service's login page and enter your email, you will be redirected to the Discord login screen. Log in with the Discord account you used to join the server and click "Authorize", to access the platform.
